| May 5, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. CT | Chair notifications to faculty due Results are sent to deans and the Provost |
If PAFD Required* |

| May 1, 2027 | DPTAC recommends a PAFD to the Department Chair/School director |
| May 10, 2027 | PAFD plan signed by faculty member and Department chair/School director and sent to Dean and Provost |
| Fall 2027 Semester | PAFD begins |
| May 1, 2028 | Status of PAFD is reported |
| May 15, 2028 | Dean notifies faculty member, Department chair/School director, DPTAC, and Provost of recommendation |
| June 1, 2028 | Provost informs all the final decision |
